摘要 |
The invention relates to solid bodies of high-temperature superconducting material, which are bonded to solid, compact metallic conductors. In order to produce these solid bodies, high-temperature superconducting material is either fused completely, or a melt is prepared comprising the oxides of bismuth, strontium, calcium and copper and, if appropriate, antimony and lead. The solid compact metallic conductors made of silver, gold, a platinum metal or an alloy containing these metals is then partially coated with the melt, and the melt is left to solidify. Finally, the solid body obtained is annealed, together with the conductors, in a first step, at temperatures from 710 to 810 DEG C, and in a second step in an oxygen-containing atmosphere at temperatures from 750 to 880 DEG C.
