PURPOSE:To realize a magneto-optical recording medium sufficiently guaranteed in magneto-optical characteristic and having high antistatic characteristic and high reliability. CONSTITUTION:Each of the 1st thin transparent film 2, the thin magnetic film 3, the 2nd thin transparent layer 4, the reflective layer 5 and the covering layer 6 is successively laminated on the transparent substrate 1 and the reflection preventive layer 7 is provided with the opposite surface of the substrate. At least one of the 1st and the 2nd thin transparent film 2, 4 is formed with one of In2O3, ITO, SnO2, ZnO and the thin magnetic film is formed with TbDyFeCo or GdDyFeCo. The reflection preventive film 7 consists of one or more layers of a transparent conductive film. |
