Folding ski of the type divided transversely so that it can fold and which comprises means for coupling and locking between the two sections of the ski. The object of this invention is to form the central section of the ski, where said means are formed, on the basis of a strong independent core which forms the two pieces to be coupled, to which are joined, forming a single body, the corresponding sections of the ski consisting of another material, for which purpose the opposite ends of the two pieces forming the central core have a longitudinal U- shaped section constituting two blades, an upper blade and a lower blade, which contain many perforations for receiving, both the space of the U and said perforations, the material forming the corresponding sections at the time they are obtained by moulding. <IMAGE>
