PURPOSE:To prevent generation of crack and blowhol in the stage of a treatment by adding a Cu-Si slloy to an alloy for alloying and overlay treatment of cast iron by high density energy. CONSTITUTION:A wear resistant alloy, heat resistant alloy, corrosion resistant alloy or the like is alloyed or overlaid to the specific position of a cast iron surface by high density energy such as a laser, TIG arc, electron beam or the like. 0.3-2.4Cu and <=20% Si by weight % are added to said alloy for alloying and overlaying treatment of said cast iron in order to prevent generation of crack and blowhol in the stage of the alloying and overlaying treatment by the high density energy. |
