<p>PURPOSE: To provide exact relation with characteristic such as the amplitude of test signal over the entire range of known test signal. CONSTITUTION: An analog/digital(A/D) linearizing storage device 16 stored in a look-up table(LUT) of digital value receives digital data Vd, supplies a linear digital value from the LUT through an 'N'-bit data bus 18 to a digital data process system DSP 20 and responds to the digital data Vd. A microprocessor 22 is temporarily coupled between the output port of converter 12 and the input port of storage device 16 and operated as a switch between a programming storage device 24, containing a table of linear digital value Vt and a bus 14. The known test signal is applied to an input circuit 10 and afterwards, the linear digital value Vt stored in the programming storage device 24 is discriminated as the linearizing storage device 16.</p> |
