This device is used in the chemical industry, in the thermal power and nuclear industry, in agriculture, in the biological and medical practice, and in low-temperature conservation of biological materials for regulating thermal processes. It increases precision, reduces the period for the transition processes until the establishment of the specified regime, and stabilizes the speed of temperature variation. It allows for the full automation of the implementation of a pre-set program. The device contains a temperature pick-up (1), to which a differentiation bloc (3) is linked, connected to a generator (5) of a divergence signal between the current and the preset value of the speed of temperature variation, another generator (13) of the divergence signals between the current and the preset temperature value and a control bloc (11), connected to elements (15 and 7) for temperature setting, and the speed of its variation. To the divergence signal generators is connected a bloc (9) for adding, to which a zero comparator (23) is linked, and a generator (22) of driving signals, connected to an executive body (26), and intended for impact of the control object.
