A PROCESS FOR LIPID SYNTHESES BY PLANT CELLULAR CULTURE

This method is used in cosmetics and medicine. This method extracts lipids with a high content of saturated butyric acids and acids containing Vitamin F. It relies on the profound cultivation of a cellular stamp Rosa damascena Mill MM (No. 1803 of the Research Center), in a medium of Linsmeyer-Scoog, containing another 30 g/m<3> in saccharose, 0.2 mg/m<3>, dichlorine phenoxy acetic acid, 1 mg/m<3> Vitamin B1 and 100 mg/m<3> inosite. The cultivation is carried out in dark conditions at 26 to 28 degrees C for 15 to 25 days. Then, 12-15 g/m<3> dry biomass, containing above 15% in lipids, are extracted.
