PURPOSE: To obtain the subject interlining having so excellent effect that dresses are not deformed when a material padded with the interlining is used as the dressed by thermally bonding micro-fibers to a texture consisting of a thermoplastic material. CONSTITUTION: (A) Two types of same quality thermoplastic resin granules 4 and 5 having but different melting points are mixed in a hopper 3. Then (B) the thermoplastic resin granules are extruded through an extrusion plate which has holes having 200-300μdiameters on an endless-conveyer which moves at a speed necessary for obtaining a texture having a <=50 g weight per m<2> and locally different melting points and micro-fibers having 1-5μm diameters which do not bond to each other. After that, the resulting mixture is blown on by 0.5-5 bar compressed air stream to form a thermoplastic material in a melting state. Then the texture is introduced between two heating cylinders 17 and 18 to be formed. The thermoplastic resin is bonded onto a texture 21 by thermally bonded fibers, followed by cooling of the texture to form a thermobonding interlining having micro-fibers. |
