The lysate, and method for its extraction, are used in agriculture for producing forage product, or for enhanced biologic value, which ensures control of the lysate process. The yeast lysate is balanced in relation to the essential amino acids lysine, threonine, valine, leucine, isoleucine and phenylalanine. It is rich in proteins, thereby reducing sugars and Group B vitamins, and is extracted with the help of yeast-lytic enzyme complex, synthesized from Streptomyces roseolus (registered in the State Institute for Drugs Control under No. 111). |
