摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a microwave dielectric ceramic compsn. capable of regulating the temp. coefft. (tauf) of resonance frequency to a low value close to zero in accordance with the increase or decrease of the amts. of ZnO and Ta2o5 added while preventing the lowering of the relative dielectric constant, capable of arbitrarily controlling the coefft. (tauf) to a desired plus or minus value and having excellent sinterability. CONSTITUTION:This microwave dielectric ceramic compsn. is based on a compsn. represented by a formula (BaO-4.18TiO2).xZnO (where x is 5-15wt.%) and contains Ta2O5 as a secondary component by 3-10wt.% of the amt. of the base compsn.
