<p>PURPOSE:To rationalize a manufacturing process of an entire of a flyback transformer by eliminating the need for a resin injection process to a high pressure film capacitor built in a flyback transformer and a melting treatment process of a heat fused layer. CONSTITUTION:A high pressure film capacitor element 2 with a dielectric film wound together with an electrode is contained in an insulation case 1 of a flyback transformer and insulating resin is molded in the insulation case 1. Thereby, resin impregnation and melting of a heat fused layer are performed for the high pressure film capacitor element 2 at once.</p> |
