PURPOSE:To fill up a refrigerant in each very low temperature container effectively by connecting said each very low temperature container with a refrigerant supplying tube in series, thereby filling the refrigerant in the plurality of containers in order through said supplying tube. CONSTITUTION:In refrigerant containers 11, 12... which are inner containers of the very low temperature containers, materials to be cooled 21, 22... such as a superconductive magnet or the like are housed respectively. An inlet end of a refrigerant supplying tube 30 is connected with the first refrigerant container 11 and an outlet end thereof is positioned at the bottom of the container to 11. Further, the supplying tubes 31, 32 and 33 connects between 11, and 12, 12 and 13 and 33 and 14 respectively in order, thereby connecting each refrigerant container each other in order. The inlets of the supplying tubes 31, 32... and the outlets thereof, are respectively positioned at upper limits of filling up the liquid refrigerant in the refrigerant container and the bottom portion thereof. Thus, the very low temperature refrigerant can be filled inside the container thereof with a good efficiency. |
