摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To attain compactness and utilize battery voltage effectively by providing a switching element nullifying means and a control means for switching a switching element on for a specified time on the basis of the off-action of driving control means at the time of a shift lever being placed in the unlocked state. CONSTITUTION:There are provided switches 4, 6, 8 for driving a driving control circuit 2, a transistor TR2 for controlling the driving of a motor 3 by feeding power supply from one direction, and a transistor TR1 for actuating the transistor TR2 on in order to place a shift lever into the unlocked state on the basis of the on-action of the switches 4, 6, 8 at the time of the shift lever being in the locked state. When the shift lever is placed in the unlocked state, the transistor TR2 is actuated on for the specified time by a differentiating circuit 34 in order to place the shift lever into the locked state on the basis of the off- action of the switches 4, 6, 8. When the unlocked state is switched to the locked state, the transistor TR2 and the differentiating circuit 34 are nullified by transistors TR3, TR4.</p>
