<p>PURPOSE:To exchange a battery for backup without stopping the operation of a system by supplying power from a main power supply line in parallel to a power supply line for backup due to the battery for backup. CONSTITUTION:In this board type computer, one system is mounted on one board at every function block and circuit block and composed of boards (6-1)-(6-N), and the boards (6-1)-(6-N) are freely attachably/detachably mounted at a slot for which a main power supply line 4 and a bus line are connected. The computer is composed of a board 2 exclusive for battery mounting a backup battery 3, battery power supply line 5 to connect the output of a backup battery 3 to the board requiring backup among the boards (6-1)-(6-N), and diodes 8 and 9 connected to the output terminals of the respective lines so as to prevent mutual interference between this battery power supply line 5 and the main power supply line 4.</p> |
