PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration in the circuit characteristic by reducing an inter-wiring capacitance caused at a region where a coplaner line and other wiring are in crossing in three-dimension. CONSTITUTION:A slit 7 eliminating a conductor is provided in the vicinity of the center of a center conductor 2 at a region where other wiring 3 and the center conductor 2 are in crossing by utilizing it that an electric field on a coplaner line is concentrated around edges of the line so as to decrease a cross area with the wire 2. Thus, the inter-wiring capacitance is reduced without giving effect onto the transmission mode of the coplaner line. |
