CATHODE RAY TUBE CONTAINING ANTI-EXPLOSIVE BAND

摘要

A seamless explosionproof band for cathode ray tube is characterized by having metal or nonmetal lugs welded on four corners of a strip-like body which consists of synthetic resin containing polyamide and long glass fiber. Especially a conductive material like graphite or iron is added to the strip-like body. Length and thickness of above long glass fiber are 8-12 mm and 6- 13 μm, respectively. Teh weight ratio of polyamide to long glass fiber is 4:6 - 7:3. And an adhesive is applied to the inner side of the strip-like body.
