PURPOSE:To provide a thermal transfer record medium having a back layer with excellent adhesion to a base material and excellent smoothness, heat resistance and blocking resistance. CONSTITUTION:A thermal transfer record medium 1 comprises a thermal transfer ink layer 3 arranged on one face of a base material film 2 and a back layer 4 arranged on other face of the base material film 2 to which a thermal head contacts. The back layer 4 is a laminated body of the first back layer 5 and the second back layer 6. The first back layer 5 is a cross-link reactant of reactive resin and polyisocyanate. The second back layer 6 is reactive silicone oil. The first layer 5 and the second layer 6 are cured with the cross-link. |
