PURPOSE:To provide a thermal recording body having high degree of whiteness, excellent conservation property such as heat resistance, moisture resistance, chemical resistance, plasticizer resistance, and excellent coloring property. CONSTITUTION:A thermal recording body is provided on a support body thereof with a thermal recording layer containing colorless or light color electron donative dye and electron acceptive compound which can color by contacting to the dye. For the dye, electron donative dye having glycidyl group is used. |
