Contract excavators 24 which operate with equipment 25 with independent hydraulic control require connection via lines to the free arm end 21 of the contract excavator 24. The said connection has to be done manually. According to the present invention, this can be done automatically since the said arm end 21 has a surface 16 opposite a surface 1 of the equipment 25, which opposing surfaces 1 and 16 have fixed hydraulic coupling contacts 10 - 13 and 17 - 20 of male and female configuration which are brought into line with each other and made ready for cooperation, when the two surfaces 1 and 16 have been brought parallel with each other, which is done using a rigid control unit 14 of female configuration fixed on one surface 1 and a rigid control unit 15 of male configuration fixed on the other surface 16, when these units 14 and 16 cooperate with each other. <IMAGE> |
