PURPOSE:To mold a design groove having fine appearance stably by setting a sheet cover onto the setting surface of a pressure-clamping bottom force under the state in which the groove molding position of the sheet cover is inserted and fixed into a fixing groove. CONSTITUTION:The groove molding position 1a of a sheet cover 1 is inserted into a fixing groove 3b under the state in which a push-in jig 5 is retracted to the lower section of the fixing groove 3b, the groove molding position 1a is fixed along the fixing groove, and the sheet cover 1 is set onto the setting surface 3a of a pressure-clamping bottom force 3. On the other hand, a sheet pad 2, in which a bearing surface 2a is coated with adhesives, is set to a pressure-clamping top force 4. Both pressure-clamping molds 3, 4 are pressure- clamped, and the sheet cover 1 is pushed and held to the sheet pad 2. The push-in jig 5 is elevated and the groove molding position 1a is pushed into and held to the recessed groove 2b of the sheet pad 2, and a design groove is formed to the bearing surface 2a of an adhesive sheet. |
