coating aliphatic polyurethane resin-based water-in-oil emulsion, composed of aliphatic polyurethane resin 50 wt.%, diluting agent of toluene 8 wt.%, aqueous ammonia 5 wt.%, catalyst of isocyanate 0.5 wt.%, water 35.5 wt.% and fluorine water-repellent agent 1 wt.%, onto the fabric, and evaporating solvent. This method ensures excellent stability of water-in-oil emulsion, thus preventing them from destruction by using toluene as a main solvent instead of conventional highly evaporable MEK as well as good moisture-permeability of treated fabric.
