PURPOSE:To prevent corrosion on a water pipe and to lengthen its life by perishing microorganisms in water by installing in the pipe an apparatus for sterilizing water flowing in the pipe. CONSTITUTION:A treatment piping 12 is connected with a water pipe 11 in series, and a heater 13 for heating the treatment piping 12 is installed. In another system, an treatment piping transparent to ultraviolet rays (not shown in the figure) is connected with the water pipe 11 in series and equipped with an ultraviolet radiator (not shown in the figure) to irradiate the treatment piping with ultraviolet rays. |
