<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of insufficient removal of a curl and production of a curl in a reverse direction by removing a curl according to a curl amount when an amount of a curl generated at a recording paper is different. CONSTITUTION:A rotationally driven resilient substance roller 15 is provided while a pressure contact member 16 in a polygonal shape in cross section on the outer peripheral part of which a plurality of curved parts 19-22 having different radii are formed is provided. The resilient substance roller 15 is disposed on the inside, in the direction of a curl, of the recording paper 4 on a recording paper conveyance route 14 on which the recording paper 4 is conveyed. The pressure contact member 16 having a rotation center 18 paralleling the resilient substance roller 15 is rotatably disposed to the outside, in the direction of a curl, of the recording paper 4. A fixing device to fix the pressure contact member 16 in a position where one of the curved parts 19-22 is brought into pressure contact with the outer peripheral surface of the resilient substance roller 15 is provided.</p> |
