<p>PURPOSE:To unnecessitate removing burrs by forming positively jointing flange parts on the whole jointing peripheries of both aperture end parts of upper and lower cup members. CONSTITUTION:A molten aperture end part 1C of an upper cup member 1 projected from an aperture end part 3A of an upper cup receptacle 3 and a molten aperture end part 2C of a lower cup member 2 projected from an aperture end part 4A of a lower cup receptacle 4 are solidified while they are penetrating into a groove step part 3C of the upper cup receptacle 3 and a groove step part 4C of the lower cup receptacle 4. When the upper cup member 1 and the lower cup member 2 are completely in a welded state, a float J is formed and a jointed flange part 5 being approximately along the groove step parts 3C and 4C on the jointed whole peripherical parts of both cup members 1 and 2 and extending to the outer side of sidewall parts 1B and 2B of both cup member 1 and 2 are formed. It is pref. that the length of the projected part t to the outer side of the sidewall parts 1B and 2B of both cup members 1 and 2 of this jointed flange part 5 is the thickness T of the sidewall parts 1B and 2B or smaller.</p> |
