<p>PURPOSE:To surely attain remote grasp and diagnosis of a fault state by converting a fault content data from a fault detection section into a communication data, sending the data by a telephone set or the like, allowing a service center to receive and analyze the data and displaying the result. CONSTITUTION:When a fault of a hot water supply 1 or the like is detected by a fault detection section 2, a fault content data including a detected time or the like is converted into a communication data by a signal conversion section 4 and sent to a telephone circuit 8 via a speaker 6 and a telephone set 7. Then the data is received by a service center 9, a fault is analyzed by a fault analysis section 10, the result of analysis is displayed and remote grasp and remote diagnosis of the fault information are ensured.</p> |
