PURPOSE:To perform a transfer transaction processing with two transaction cards. CONSTITUTION:A card take-in control means 30 controls a display 13 to guide and display the insertion of a transfer source transaction card and a transfer destination transaction card, and a card reading control means 31 controls a card reader/writer unit 3 to read transfer source account data and transfer destination account data. An account discrimination means 32 compares between the both accounts data and discriminates whether or not the accounts are coincident, and an account confirmation means 33, upon the discrimination that the two accounts are not coincident, controls the display 13 to display an account confirmation screen for checking whether or not the respective accounts of transfer source and transfer destination are correct. A transfer data preparation/ transmission means 34, when these accounts are correct, prepares transfer data and transmits them to a center 24. Then, the center 24 executes the transfer processing based on the transfer data. |
