PURPOSE:To eliminate a loss time required for observing an electronic component by a camera by selectively moving a mirror under the component sucked to a nozzle of a suction head to reflect a light irradiating from a light source toward an observing unit. CONSTITUTION:A moving table 1 is driven to move a transfer head unit 2 longitudinally and laterally thereby to suck an electronic component P of a component feeder 3 so as to pick it up and to transfer it to and place it on a board 4. On the way of a transfer head device 2 to pick up the component P of the feeder 3 and transfer it to the board 4 of a positioning unit 5, mirrors 13a-13c are advanced under the component P sucked to a nozzle 15 to reflect a light irradiating from a light source 18 toward an observing unit, thereby detecting its positional deviation. Thus, a loss time required for observing the component P by a camera can be eliminated. |
