<p>PURPOSE:To provide a product at a substantially product cost and in an excellent finished quality, and a method for preparation thereof by simplifying the conventional complicated processes in coating and finishing for a plastic laminated molded product. CONSTITUTION:A sheet molding compound is used as a base material layer and a decorative sheet impregnated with a polyester is laminated thereon and this laminated sheet is put in a mold to perform the primary hot press molding. Then, in this mold, a solventless polyurethane resin raw material mixture is cast on the obtd. primary molded product base and the secondary hot press molding thereof is performed to take out the obtd. secondary molded product base, the shape of which is then adjusted by trimming and a finishing and coating process consisting of coating with a polyester coating, baking and grinding for finishing is performed once thereon.</p> |
