<p>PURPOSE:To lighten a compressor With power loss reduced to the utmost and damage to a valve chamber inner wall surface, due to the useless loose moving of a valve body, prevented as much as possible. CONSTITUTION:A bored hole 25b is formed in a piston 25 formed with an aluminum system metal, and a bottomed cylindrical member 26 composed of an iron system metal is engagedly fixed to the bored hole. A valve chamber 25e is formed by forming a flat valve seat, in which an intake port 25c is opened, with the bottom part 25f of the bored hole, a guide wall with the side part of the bottomed cylindrical member, and a retainer, separatedly facing the valve seat, with the nail part 26c of the bottomed cylindrical member. A platelike valve body 27 composed of an iron system metal is loosely mounted on the valve chamber, and opens/closes the port according to only differential pressure in a region with the port between. The strength of the guide wall, composing a valve chamber inner wall surface, same as that of the valve body, can prevent offensive damage by the valve body on the guide wall.</p> |
