The invention relates to a device for collection and retransfusion of blood or fluid, on which device are fitted the conventional transfusion bags made of flexible plastic material which are commonly used in the medical and hospital sector, consisting of a reservoir (1) of rigid transparent material open on one of its faces via a lid (2) which closes rapidly and sealingly in the manner of an autoclave and through which the practitioner places, in the inside, the transfusion bag A connected via a drain B to the patient, which drain passes outside the reservoir by way of a frustoconical neck (21) closed by a stopper which is made of impervious compressible material and consists of attached parts which comprise, situated between them, a channel appropriate for the passage of the drain held suitably tight without crushing it in such a way as to occlude the passage of the blood or of any fluid aspirated or expelled under the action of a vacuum or pressure source admitted inside the reservoir at (26). <IMAGE>
