PURPOSE:To provide a flexible electronic tag capable of being freely bent and fitted according to the shape of a delivered object and its manufacture. CONSTITUTION:The sheet 3 of a home delivery slip is made of a flexible raw material, and a response circuit 17 and a battery 19 are provided on a reinforcement section 9 at the end section of the sheet 3. The response circuit 17 and battery 19 are manufactured through the semiconductor manufacturing process and thin film manufacturing process. The response circuit 17 and battery 19 are covered by an elastic member for protection from the external pressure. An antenna 11 made of a thin film is provided on the sheet 3 in response to the writing column of the slip.
