BLOW MOLDING APPARATUS FOR DOUBLE WALL CASE

PURPOSE:To improve the molding efficiency in a blow molding apparatus for molding a double wall case provided with a case main body consisting of an inner wall and an outer wall forming a hollow space between them and a connecting tube communicating with the inside of the inner wall and projecting outside from the outer wall. CONSTITUTION:The first mold 15 having at least an inner face forming part 26 and the second mold 16 which can pinch a parison 14 between the first mold 15 and itself are placed in facing each other and freely approach and recede to form cooperatively the outer face of a connecting tube and the inner and outer faces of a case main body. At the inner face forming part 26, a movable mold 17 opening to the inner face of the inner wall for molding a connecting tube part connecting between the inner wall and the outer wall is movably placed and a driving means 18 is connected with the movable mold 17 and a pressurized liq. feeding source 19 which can inject a pressurized liq. from an apex of the movable mold 17 is also connected.
