PURPOSE:To secure the unity and the consistency of processing result output data without a centralized management mechanism by adding a priority to the output data from each computer unit in a decentralized power system monitoring control system composed of a plurality of computers. CONSTITUTION:An I/O unit 1 gives the data body a processing identifier and a priority in a processor 12 when it receives the power system data 5 with the input part 11. The output part 13 further let data flow to the I/O 21, 31, and n1 of a necessary processing unit out of processing units 2, 3, ...n through a communication path 6. The processing unit which has received output data adopts the data with the highest priority in case that there are plurality of data which have the same processing identifier. The unit concerned gives it the priority being given to the unit after processing it, and let it flow to other processing unit. By the above, the content common to all processing units can be made effective, and the unity and the consistency of the output data can be materialized without a centralized management mechanism. |
