ELECTRONIC PARTS MOUNTING MACHINE WITH SELF-CORRECTING FUNCTION

摘要

PURPOSE:To achieve highly reliable and highly accurate mounting by reducing a loss time due to recognition operation and obtaining a representative value of a proper amount of deviation in an electronic parts mounting machine with a self-correcting function for correcting an amount of deviation between an NC data and an actual position which is positioned by the NC data. CONSTITUTION:A title item is provided with a self-correcting part which compares a numeric value on an NC data of a plurality of steps with that of a mounting position data which is recognized on a substrate, uses an average value of an amount of deviation in each step as a presentative value of the amount of deviation, and corrects the NC data of all steps by the amount of deviation.
