PURPOSE:To provide a superior laser diode driving device capable of compensating the emission lag of a laser. CONSTITUTION:A laser diode driving device is provided with a delay element 4 connected to a data input part 3, a two-input logical sum circuit 5 using two of data, which passes through the above element 4, and data, which does not pass through the above element 4, as the input, a laser diode 1 to output a laser and a driving circuit 2 to drive the diode 1 by the output of the unit 5 and is constituted so as to drive the laser by a signal of a large duty compared to input data. |
