PURPOSE:To provide an automatic time correcting clock requiring no manual time setting and having nearly the same precision as that of the clock of a broadcasting station for a general household clock by setting the time of the clock automatically or periodically. CONSTITUTION:A tuner section 3 receiving broadcast radio waves and a broadcast time detection section 4 detecting the time information outputted from the tuner section 3 are provided on a clock apparatus constituted of a time count section 1 and a time display section 2 in an automatic time correcting clock. A time setting section 5 receiving the time information from the time count section 1 to monitor the fixed time, receiving the broadcast time report from the broadcast time detection section 4, and sending a forced time setting signal to the time count section 1 is provided. |
