PURPOSE:To output irreducible minimum client information just by inputting them and to register the inputted client information at this time. CONSTITUTION:When the client information is inputted from an input device 1, an input information monitoring part 2 checks the type and the number of digits of the information and judges the property of the inputted information. When the inputted information is improper, it enhances the re-input of information; while when the inputted information is proper, it judges whether or not all the information in the required items are inputted. When there is any item not yet inputted, it enhances the input of the client information in the next item and when all the items are inputted, it ends the processing. A client information storage part 3 receives the client information inputted under the monitoring by the monitoring part 2 from the input device 1 and stores them. A processing part 4 reads the client information out of the storage part 3, edits the read client information and supplies them to an output device 5. The output device 5 receives the edited client information from the processing part 4 and prints them. |
