PURPOSE:To provide a method for manufacturing the above a heat insulation panel which does not increase the cost and weight of the product and a method for fixing and applying the heat insulation panel which does not generate any wrinkle and is suitably applied for a transversely stretched boltless application method. CONSTITUTION:When a foamable resin material is foamed and cured, warpage is produced on a heat insulation panel A by making temp. of upper and lower metal sheets 1 and 2 different to prepare the heat insulation panel. The face of the recessed shape side of the heat insulation panel having a recessed warpage is positioned to the outdoor side and is fixed by correcting forcibly the warpage of the heat insulation panel A.
