PURPOSE:To provide the ceramic substrate structural body and soft magnetic film structural body which can improve the efficiency of the magnetic head. CONSTITUTION:A thin film 12 consisting of an oxide, nitride or carbide is formed on the ceramic substrate 11 consisting of the grains of the oxides of metals and semimetals and contg. NiO or CoO. A soft magnetic film 13 is formed on this ceramic substrate structural body to form the soft magnetic film structural body. The magnetic head is produced by using the soft magnetic film of the above-mentioned soft magnetic film structural body as a magnetic core. The diffusion of oxygen from the ceramic material to the magnetic film is prevented, by which the deterioration in the soft magnetic characteristics is eliminated and the efficiency of the magnetic head is improved. |
