PURPOSE:To furnish automatic welding equipment for a blade chip without requiring any manual aid. CONSTITUTION:This automatic welding method for the blade chip is provided with a carrier line to carry and circulate a blade chip fixing and holding tool W (a chuck transfer mechanism 105, a slide carrier mechanism 140, an elevating/ lowering mechanism 170A, a carrier conveyor 160 and an elevating/lowering mechanism 170B) and further provided with a blade base plate carrying-in stage S1 to carry a blade base plate 1 in the blade chip filing and holding tool W on this carrier line, a chip supplying and clamping stage S2 to supply a chip 2 to the chip fixing and holding tool W and clamp the chip 2, a laser beam welding stage S4 to perform laser beam welding on the chip on the chip fixing and holding tool W, a clamp releasing stage S3 to release chip clamping and a blade carrying-out state S5 to carry out the blade whose chip is welded from above the chip fixing and holding tool W. |
