The method of burning gaseous or liquid fuel with a blue type burner involves using a fuel line with nozzles axially enclosed by an air line. A stop has through-holes for the fuel and air to be intensively mixed together and ignited in a mixing tube. A motor-driven fan ensures a flow of air. The ignition device is first operated after ignition initiation (t0) when the fan is being operated. After ignition initiation and the subsequent fan operation the fan's drive motor is set at reset again for a short period (theta) without switching off the ignition device. The fan continues to turn. ADVANTAGE - Method of starting ensures optimal operation of burner.
