PURPOSE:To adjust the temp. and humidity inside a vegetable storage chamber and a vegetable case by opening and closing an auxiliary cooling air hole using a member for opening and closing the auxiliary cooling air hole provided in a partition wall, by which a cold storage chamber is divided into the upper and lower sections. CONSTITUTION:A refrigerator comprises a partition wall 6 formed to divide its interior into the upper and lower sections, the lower section being formed into a vegetable storage chamber 9; a detachable vegetable case 37 provided in the vegetable storage chamber; and a cooling air passage 45 leading from a cooling air hole 26 provided at the rear part of the partition wall through the outer periphery of the vegetable case to a cooling air outlet 34 provided at the front part thereof. An auxiliary cooling air hole 30 is made in front of the cooling air hole 26 at the rear part of the partition wall to introduce the cooling air into the vegetable case 37. A member 29 for opening and closing the auxiliary cooling air hole 30 is further provided. |
