<p>The invention discloses a kit for detecting the presence of pesticides of the organophosphorus and/or carbamate families in a sample in an aqueous medium. It is characterized in that it comprises: an enzyme of the cholinesterase family fixed on a carrier in such a way that the latter does not react with the active site of the enzyme when the enzyme has been fixed; a reagent for indicating (indicator) by colouring or lack of colouring depending on the indicator used, inhibition of the fixed enzyme by the pesticides which may be present in the previously tested sample in an aqueous medium, contacted with the fixed enzyme; a recipient or carrier devoid of organophosphorus or carbamate type pesticides capable of constituting a negative control; water devoid of organophosphorus and carbamate pesticides.</p> |
