PURPOSE:To form green sheets having no warpages or cracks in a manufacture of ceramic green sheets. CONSTITUTION:Through a process of obtaining slurry in kneading ceramic powder, flux, binder, plasticizer and solvent, and a process of making green chips 6 or green powders in molding the slurry, a required quantity of chips 6 or powders is supplied into a mold 7. Thereafter, a manufacture of ceramic green sheets is characterized by containing a process of putting a lid 8 in the mold 7 fittingly, a process of mounting the mold 7 on a press stationary part 9 equipped with a heating mechanism and effecting exhaust while heating, and obtaining a green sheet in pressing the lid 8 of the mold 7 by a press movable part 10 and thus molding chips 6 or powders in the mold. |
