PURPOSE:To save the labor of a driver by totally processing the confirmations of a driving block and a driving fare by a computer which have been conventionally executed by the driver. CONSTITUTION:The mobile terminal of the bus or the taxi receives individual driving information containing ID information, driving block, validity, driving fare or the number of times for use for specifying the user transmitted by an ISDN exchange at a transmitter/receiver 16 and stores the information in a storage device MM4. A card reader 14 reads prescribed information from a season ticket card or a cupon card in the case of user riding on/off and informs it of a CPU-A1. While referring to the individual user information stored in the MM4, the CPU-A1 identifies whether the relevant card can be used or not, calculates the additional fare and displays this calculated result on a display 13 together with card use enable/disable information. The identified card use enable/disable information is transmitted from the transmitter/receiver 16 to an ISDN exchange and when the card can not be used, the relevant registered user information is erased from the ISDN exchange. |
