<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the shoe sole integrally provided with projections which are lightweight and resilient, have a flexural property and are highly resistant to the wear of the ground contact surface of the shoe sole body by crimping a hot melt sheet and a polyurethane compd. with a cap mold and a lower mold and pressurizing the sheet and compd. under heating. CONSTITUTION:The liquid polyurethane compd. 6 is injected and packed into hollow fitting parts 3 provided on the front surface 7 side of the lower mold 4. The sheet 1 is then so imposed as to come into contact with the front surface of the lower mold 4 and is hermetically closed from above by the cap mold 5. The liquid polyurethane compd. 6 in the molds is then heated and pressurized until the compd. cures. The shoe sole having high transparency is obtd. if the molds 4, 5 are thereafter removed. The liquid polyurethane compd. 6 bonded to the sheet 1 cures to elastomer. This elastomer is fusion-bonded to the sheet 1 consisting of the long fibers of the polyurethane and is thereby integrated thereto.</p> |
