<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a hardened body of cement excellent in developing properties of strength for a long period by curing a cement composition comprising blast furnace cement containing specific granulated slag, cement clinker powder and gypsum as a binder with steam. CONSTITUTION:A cement composition comprising blast furnace cement, containing 5-90wt.% granulated slag powder having 1000-2960cm<2>/g Blaine specific surface area, 90-5wt.% cement clinker powder having 3000-50000 Blaine specific surface area and gypsum in an amount of 1-10wt.% expressed in terms of SO3 as a binder and having 70-99wt.% total content of the granulated slag powder, and the cement clinker powder is cured with steam at >=35 deg.C temperature. The aforementioned hardened body of the cement has a weaker short age strength than that of a composition using granulated stag of a high fineness, but is excellent in long age strength. Furthermore, the fineness of the granulated slag powder used is determined from the period to remove a frame mold, the strength of the hardened body capable of withstanding the demolding, the required final strength and its period.</p> |
