PURPOSE:To connect a fitting member unitarily with a molded material by arranging the fitting member reliably, by making use of a molding tool having either a groove or recessed part into which a fitting member is to be received and one or more protruded members with which the fitting member is connected on the fringe part of said groove or recessed part. CONSTITUTION:A molding tool 1 is provided on the surface with a groove 2 bored in a rectangular state and on the fringes 3, 3' confronting with each other with respectively two pieces each of protruded members 4, 5, 4', 5'. Forms of the protruded members can be made into arbitrary number of form according to necessity. A fitting member 8 has to be arranged on a molding tool in the direction of bringing the surface fitting elements of the fitting member 8 into contact with a mold surface. If it because a fitting function can not be fulfilled unless the fitting member is joined to the molding tool unitarily on its backside and its fitting elements are exposed on the surface. After the fitting member 8 has been held into the molding tool 1, raw materials 9 of the molded material is introduced into the tool. Then when the molded material 11 is removed from the tool, a product wherein the fitting member 8 is buried in and joined to the molded material 11 in a body is obtained. |
