PURPOSE:To improve the isolation by connecting a pull-up resistor and a field transistor (TR) switching a high voltage signal to the cathode of a diode. CONSTITUTION:The pull-up resistor R1 applying a DC high voltage to the cathod and the field effect TR switching the high voltage signal are connected to the cathode of the diode D1 connected in the forward in a direction passing through the high voltage signal. Thus, since the switching of the diode D1 is executed in parallel by the switching of the field effect TR, the isolation is improved. |
