摘要 PURPOSE:To offer the working method for cutting, piercing, etc., by a laser light for a synthetic resin formed part, and also, the working method by which a molten material of a synthetic resin does not adhere to the surface of the synthetic resin formed part at the time of working. CONSTITUTION:In the case a laser light is a CO2 laser light, and an object 7 to be worked is a formed part consisting of a hard synthetic resin (composite polypropylene) 10, the quantity of assist gas 2 consisting of air or nitrogen is set so that it can be blown uniformly by >=38cm<3>per 1mm of working length. Also, in the case the object 7 to be worked is a formed part consisting of a multi-layer of a hard synthetic resin (composite polypropylene) 10, a soft synthetic resin (urethane) 11, and a soft synthetic resin (vinyl chloride) 12, a laser pulse frequency is set so that a laser pulse is radiated by >=12 pieces per 1mm of working length, in addition to the set quantity of the assist gas 2, and also, a laser light defocusing distance 6 is set so as to become <=1/30 of a focal distance 5.
